What You'll Learn

Data analytics concepts

How to obtain useful data to analyze and manipulate when creating and maintaining databases. These courses will help establish key data analytics concepts and thinking processes at a business and enterprise level.

Database management

SQL is a programming language used to manage and manipulate relational databases, making it a powerful tool for data analytics. It allows users to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large databases quickly and efficiently, by providing capabilities for querying and filtering data, aggregating and summarizing data, joining multiple tables, and performing calculations on data. SQL is widely used in data analytics and is a valuable skill for anyone working with data.

Programming languages

Python is a high-level programming language used in data analytics because of its simplicity, versatility, and powerful libraries. Its ease-of-use and wide range of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn make it an excellent choice for data manipulation, visualization, and machine learning. Python also offers interactivity, which allows users to explore and manipulate data in real-time, making it an ideal tool for data analysis.

Cloud Computing

As a data analyst, understanding cloud computing is important because it enables you to access and analyze large datasets quickly and efficiently, without having to invest in expensive on-premises infrastructure.

Tableau

Tableau is an essential tool for data analysts as it allows users to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports from large datasets. It offers a user-friendly interface that is easy to learn, making it accessible to data analysts at all levels. With Tableau, data analysts can quickly analyze data, identify trends, and share insights with others.
