As participants work toward advancing into mid-level roles, real-world insight becomes especially valuable. We’re searching for volunteers who can offer 1:1 mentorship opportunities for 1–3 students between January and March 2026. With just one hour of your time, learners can ask questions such as what mid-level employers are looking for, which tools and skills are most important, how to progress beyond entry-level roles, or what next steps you recommend for career growth.

Additionally, you can share your industry expertise by providing insights on advanced skills, hiring expectations, and professional development tips through a short video or blog post, or by participating in one of our live industry panels—helping participants bridge the gap between advanced training and real-world job requirements.
